Over the years, I’ve been privileged to guide and nurture a beautiful yoga community here near Lisbon, filled with connection, growth, and deep friendships. While I’m no longer holding regular, weekly classes, my passion for yoga continues in a more intimate and personalized form.
Today, I offer private sessions and group classes by appointment, where I work closely with individuals and small groups to help deepen their yoga journey with personalized attention. Each session is tailored to the needs and goals of my students, creating a supportive, mindful space for growth, reflection, and renewal.

I’m thrilled to host one special retreat per year for those looking to immerse themselves fully in yoga and mindfulness. This retreat is a unique opportunity to step back, reconnect, and cultivate a sense of peace that can be carried into daily life. Every yoga session with me is crafted to be deeply individual, blending meditation, breathing exercises, stretching, strengthening, and relaxation in each practice. Whether in one of my favorite outdoor spots or in the comfort of your home, our time together is designed to be a true “work-in,” not a workout—a holistic experience that goes beyond the mat.
Yoga is a powerful practice of reconnecting with ourselves in a world that rarely slows down. For me, it began as a journey on the mat and evolved into a lifelong love for learning, teaching, and growing. It's not about perfecting a pose but about the inner transformation that takes place through mindful movement and breath.

Hi, I'm Katalin, your guide to finding balance and well-being in a fast-paced world.
After reaching the peak of my professional journey in marketing and event planning, I felt a strong calling to explore new horizons and prioritize my own well-being. This decision led me to embark on a transformative journey to India in 2010, where I completed my yoga teacher training and earned certifications through IYA and IYF.
Today, I channel my passion for self-discovery and personal growth into helping others find balance in their lives through the practice of yoga. As the founder of Beach Yoga and an aspiring retreat leader, I have the privilege of working with incredible individuals who are committed to prioritizing their well-being. Together, we explore the benefits of yoga, mindfulness, and self-care, helping them to live more abundantly and with greater balance.
Additionally, I'm also a co-founder, alongside Chef Alex, of Nourish and Nosh. This is where we bring organic, soulful food to the table, ensuring that the nourishment extends beyond just the yoga mat. Nourish and Nosh resonates with my belief in a holistic approach to well-being, and we're excited to share this culinary journey with you.
